Whats in the box?
Each month you will receive instructions, pattern pieces, materials and any special equipment you might need to complete a new project.
Why Should I?
You should sign up because you love surprises, variety and learning new things that might otherwise not have occurred to you. Because crafting is a great for your mental wellbeing. It is mindful and calming, stimulating and fun, supports creativity and promotes a feeling of satisfaction and wellbeing when a project is completed.
How much does it cost?
Boxes are individually priced according to the type of craft you have selected. Pre-paid subscriptions are available at a discounted rate.
Is it suitable for kids?
We have a children's option which is suitable for ages 6+. Adult boxes are for 14+.
When will my box be shipped?
First boxes are sent shortly after an order is placed. On going monthly boxes are shipped on the 3rd each month or next working day, so you should receive it shortly after then. If your order is made in the last 10 days of the month, we will hold off sending you a box at the beginning of the next month to give you time to enjoy your first box. You'll then receive your remaining boxes at the beginning of subsequent months.
I am not from the UK, can I still join in?
Yes! We are able to ship worldwide - simply enter your full shipping address when you checkout. There is an additional cost for shipping international orders, and in order to keep costs to a minimum, we use international economy postage. This can be very variable and take anywhere up to 8 weeks to arrive. We know this can be a frustrating and long wait, but please be patient when waiting for 1st first box and by box number 2 things should become a bit more regular!
How do I join?
Fill out the form beneath the kit you would like to receive, and you can either pay by card or paypal. If you have any problems with the payment portal, please drop us an email to let us know!
My box hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Each month's box is posted on or near to the 3rd of the month depending on where the 3rd falls. We use a combination of 2nd class post and couriers, so your box should arrive 1-3 days or so after you receive your shipping email. Unfortunately, some boxes do go astray and we are unable to track individual orders, so if your box does not show up, simply get in touch with us via email and we will post you out another. Please also be aware that most of our boxes are bigger than your letterbox, so keep an eye out from a delivery attempted slip from your local courier as it may have made it's way to your shed/garden/neighbour's/bin (yes, it has happened).
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel anytime by logging in and cancelling your subscription, stopping your payments, or just drop us an email at hello@makerlycrafts.com and we will cancel your subscription on your behalf.
I am a craft person with an idea for a kit, can I be involved?
Yes please! We absolutely love collaborating with artists. If you have an idea for a kit or a craft pattern that you would like to share with our subscribers, please get in touch!
